As always with print images, members can enter 2 images into the colour competition and 2 entries into the monochrome competition.
Club members are invited to share what genres of photography
particularly appeal to them and share sample images of their work.
Derek Doar makes a welcome return to the club to talk about his most recent prints shot in Colour, B&W and infra-red. He will share decisive moments that inspired him with some stories of the moments and some of the technical details of how some of the images were taken.

Sheffield Photographic Society’s Digital Interclub Knockout competition at St Luke’s Church, Blackbrook Road, Lodge Moor, Sheffield, S10 4LQ.
Note that this is a Saturday event starting at 7.30pm.
A person or people must be the main subject, therefore, a small figure in a landscape would not fit the title, nor would (for example) a photo of statues. Otherwise most treatments would be acceptable.
As always with projected competitions, you can enter 2 images. sized to 1400 x 1050 pixels.
Please email your images to Darren by Tuesday 14th March.
We will also distribute the images for the creative editing event taking place on 13th April this evening.
Club members are invited to submit a panel of four images
for informal critique by others on the night.
