As usual, our year began with the AGW Open projected image competition. Club members didn’t disappoint, with a huge variety of amazing images on show.

In the colour side of the competition first place went to Martin Satur’s image of a blue tit in flight.

Birds were a popular subject this month, with Neil Frith’s photograph of  a feeding heron coming second.

Third place went to Ian Clay’s mirrored doorway.
