July’s fauna and flora competition saw lots of pictures of plants and animals entered.

First place was taken by David Barnett’s shop of a dandelion at a recent trip to Ranshaw Lodge.

Paul Beckett’s image of an extravagant bird came second.

Third place was shared by Tony Uttley and Laura Richardson’s pair of images of puffins.
