As the nights draw in, we held our annual Fauna and Flora competition on 12th October.

First place went to Laura Richardson’s amazing shot of a lion at the Yorkshire Wildlife Park that really captured the personality of the animal.

Dave McLeavy’s photo of a dragonfly visiting his daughter’s pond came second.

It was a good month for Laura, as her image of a tiger took third place!
